Description

The Rotary Peel Pro is engineered for maximum yield and minimum waste. Featuring a heavy-duty rotating cylinder equipped with interchangeable food-grade abrasive silicon carbide rollers. Optional steam micro-softening nozzles can be integrated to loosen skin prior to peeling. The machine is fully automated, allowing real-time adjustment of roller speed, feed rate, and water pressure through an HMI control panel.
